Panelists: Gary Samore, executive director for research at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs; Patricia M. Kim, Stanton nuclear security fellow at CFR; and Sheila A. Smith, senior fellow for Japan studies at CFR, discuss the threats posed by a nuclear North Korea and the Trump-Kim summit. The discussion is moderated by J. Stapleton Roy, distinguished scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
