Meghan O'Sullivan Reflects on U.S. Hesitation in Iraq
Meghan O'Sullivan, director of the Geopolitics of Energy at the Belfer Center and former deputy national security advisor for Iraq and Afghanistan under George W. Bush, says in a Reuters interview with Andy Sullivan that the Obama administration's response to the crisis in Iraq has opened doors for Tehran, Moscow, and Damascus.
