Security in the South Caucasus
The suspension of U.S. sanctions against Azerbaijan and the first deployment of U.S. military personnel in Georgia were hailed as some recent successes in regional security in the South Caucasus by high-level ministers from Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan who spoke at a recent Caspian Studies Program luncheon.
