Arjun Gargeyas

Arjun Gargeyas is a first-year Master in Public Policy (MPP) student at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is an Electronics Engineer turned Public Policy professional focusing on research at the intersection of technology, digital governance and foreign policy.



He previously worked with the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY), Government of India, in formulating the country's G-20 technology policy proposals during its 2023 Presidency under the Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG).



Before that, he was a researcher at the Takshashila Institution, a think tank in India working on technology geopolitics and the dual-use applications of emerging tech. His main research areas were semiconductors, quantum tech, technical standards, digital economy and tech diplomacy.



At Belfer, Arjun intends to focus on the security implications of digital currencies, AI and autonomous systems
