Constanza Vidal Bustamante is a Ph.D. candidate at the Harvard Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and student researcher with the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School. She has written about emerging technologies, their associated opportunities and impacts, and the regulatory landscape. Constanza is President of the Harvard Science Policy Group and was recently named a 2024 Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. She holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and cognitive neuroscience from Harvard University.
