David B. Weinberg

International Council

David B. Weinberg is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Judd Enterprises, Inc., a private, investment-management office.  He is also President of its early-stage technology-investing affiliate, Digital Bandwidth, LLC.  Previously, he was a partner in the corporate, securities, and investment-management practice of the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt.

Mr. Weinberg is a director of The Coca-Cola Company, trustee and former vice chair of the board of trustees of Northwestern University, co-chair of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council and trustee of the Brookings Institution, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. 

He also has served in a leadership role with several other arts and civic organizations, including as chairman of the Ravinia Festival Association (the summer home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra); a member of the board of directors of the Terra Foundation for American Art; a director and chairman of the investment committee of the Arts Club of Chicago; a member of the executive committee of the board of directors of the Economic Club of Chicago; and as a member of the steering committee of The Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. 

Mr. Weinberg earned an AB degree cum laude in Government from Harvard College and a JD degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor of the Journal of Law & Policy in International Business.
