Elizabeth Philipp was a Master in Public Policy candidate focusing on international security and WMD nonproliferation policy. Previously, she completed a Fulbright grant in South Korea and has researched and published on North Korea's nuclear and biological weapons programs for the DC-based Arms Control Association and the Belfer Center's Project on Managing the Microbe. She aspires to a career in public service in the federal government, and recently interned in the Department of State's Office of the Biological Policy Staff and the Mission to the International Organizations in Vienna. She assisted the Project on Managing the Atom.
