Ilai Soloducho
Ilai Soloducho is a Mid-Career Master’s in Public Administration student at Harvard Kennedy School. Ilai was born in Israel, with Uruguayan origins. Over the past 15 years, Ilai has gained professional experience in the public and private sectors, while also contributing to numerous community, social and political initiatives.
Ilai is fascinated by the intersection of data and the public sector. In 2008, Ilai was recruited to serve in the elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces as a special cyber operations commander and was awarded a special certificate of excellence for analyzing complex data related to issues of national security. Following the Army, Ilai earned his Bachelor of Computer Science, cum laude. In 2013, Ilai joined Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office where he researched and developed innovative cyber solutions. At Palantir, a pioneering big-data company, Ilai worked from 2015 to 2020 with key stakeholders from Western governments and Fortune 500 enterprises to help them solve their most complex problems by developing and deploying innovative real-time data analytics technologies.
Ilai’s entrepreneurial experiences started when he was 12 years old when he founded one of the largest online social networks used by teenagers in the Tel Aviv area. Later on, he developed “Go-Toilet”, a big data cloud-based platform for toilet training of disabled children. Today, he serves as the Co-Founder of 8200 Ad Habait, an organization that builds virtual bridges between outstanding entrepreneurs and the elderly during the covid-19 crisis, leading a program that supports 1,000+ elderly.
