Katherine Tucker is a PhD candidate in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School who studies intelligence, terrorism, and international security. Her dissertation research focuses on how the intelligence community has prioritized terrorism issues post-9/11. She is also a research assistant at the Intelligence Project at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, as well as an adjunct at the RAND Corporation in the National Security Research Division.
