Michelle Poulin

Michelle Poulin is pursuing an MPP at the Harvard Kennedy School, with a concentration in International and Global Affairs. She served as a Topol Research Fellow in the spring of 2021, studying international nonviolent resistance movements at the Carr Center for Human Rights. In her current role as a Summer Research Assistant at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Michelle conducts research for the African Women's Leadership Project. With funding from Harvard's Women and Public Policy Program and the Kenneth Juster Fellowship, she also works in research and communications at Equidem Research And Consulting, a specialist human rights and labor rights advocacy organization. Prior to enrolling at HKS, Michelle worked in university admissions, and later, in health policy.
