Rita Graham

Rita Graham is a Master's in Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to attending Harvard, Rita served for seven years as an Army Field Artillery officer. She specialized in the Eastern European region but also worked in the Indo-Pacific theater. She completed several NATO deployments across the European and Asian continents. Rita graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Her research interests include gender and security, indirect fires and effects, and communication technology.
