Vandinika Shukla is a Master in Public Policy 2020 candidate and a Belfer IGA Student Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. She previously worked at UN Women on policy design and advocacy on member state implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and mainstreaming gender equality across 66 UN entities. 

At the Kennedy School, Vandinika has focused on tech and media policy, digital democracy, combatting misinformation and women’s political participation. Vandinika was a Women in Public Policy Program Summer Fellow and also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Kennedy School Review. She holds a BA (Hons) in History from Lady Shri Ram College and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
