Wayne Pak

Wayne Pak is a Master in Public Administration student at the Harvard Kennedy School. He was a former US Army Aviation Officer and has worked as a management consultant and in multiple startups. He studies the intersection of technology, business, and policy and how dual-use technology shapes the nature of conflict. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
