Robert Stavins, Director of the Harvard Project on Climate Agreements, also directs two one-week executive education programs at Harvard Kennedy School:
- Climate Change Policy: Economics and Politics (online)
- Climate Change and Energy: Policymaking for the Long Term (on-campus)
Both programs address the significant challenge of climate change and its impacts on the environment, as well as on society and the global economy. Through engaging curricula, participants will explore policies to address climate change; why some governments might choose to address climate change more or less vigorously; and how sub-national governments and non-governmental actors might complement action by national governments.
Ricardo Hausmann and Daniel Schrag, both faculty members at Harvard Kennedy School, also lead a one-week executive education program that may be of interest:
The program provides a foundational understanding of decarbonization and its economic impact. Participants acquire the essential tools and knowledge to anticipate new trends, remain competitive, and achieve prosperity in a low-carbon future.
