Belfer Center Alum James M. Lindsay to Join Council on Foreign Relations

James M. Lindsay,  an alumnus of  the Kennedy School of Government’s Center for Science and International Affairs (now the Belfer Center), will join the Council on Foreign Relations, in New York City, as vice president and director of its studies department.
