The Dubai Initiative is pleased to welcome four new Research Fellows for the 2007-08 year to the Dubai Initiative at the Kennedy School of Government. Three of the Fellows are new to the Belfer Center, while the fourth, Ant Bozkaya, was a Research Fellow for the Science, Technonology & Public Policy Program last year. The three new Fellows are Mohammad Arzaghi, Marwa Farag, and Haroon Ullah.
