International Security Program Fellow Assaf Moghadam Discusses Countering Terrorism on Wisconsin Public Radio

Assaf Moghadam, International Security Program Fellow, was a guest on Wisconsin Public Radio's Ideas Network — call-in programmimg hosted by Ben Merens — on July 8, 2005. Moghadam said that we can never eliminate terrorist attacks through a so-called “war on terrorism.” Rather, to reduce attacks, U.S. public diplomacy must figure out how to counter the ideologies that give rise to terrorism.
