Justin Dargin talks about energy in Qatar with Interfax
Justin Dargin, Dubai Initiative Associate, speaks with Interfax Energy Services about Qatar's new Minister of Energy and Industry and domestic long-term natural gas production and consumption. Dargin, speaking about Qatar's remaining commitment to LNG exports, is quoted as saying, "That goes back to the reason the Qataris invested a significant amount of capital in their LNG infrastructure, they have to recoup the majority of that."
