On February 13th, 2012, US Ambassador to Pakistan delivered an address at the Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for International Affairs and Science on US-Pakistan affairs. Ambassador Munter spoke of the challenges of managing relations in an era of seemingly-constant bilateral crises.
