Today?s speakers will discuss the situation in and around Kosovo, bringing varied perspectives to very complex problems. They will offer their perspectives on what is happening in and around Kosovo from a historical and prescriptive perspective, including the role and responsibility of the international community, the systematic destruction of Kosovar civil society over the past year, Racak and crimes against humanity, the Kosovo Liberation Army (the KLA), and the refugee crisis.
