The Fitness of Nations: Toward A Net Assessment
Please join the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs for a conversation with Jim Baker, former Director of the Pentagon's Office of Net Assessment (ONA). Baker will discuss emerging technology challenges, great power competition, and the future of national security.
