Belfer Center Directors' Lunch "Grading U.S. Foreign Policy: A View from London," with Bill Emmott, Editor, Economist.

In addition to numerous articles, Mr. Emmott's book, 20:21 Vision discusses the future of the international community in a post September 11th world. Mr. Emmott looks back at events during the past century that have shaped and defined the state of the world in order to create a vision for the next century. Mr. Emmott speaks often about the role and responsibility of America as a superpower claiming at a Kennedy School of Government Forum last year, "There have been periods in the past when we've had ambiguous leadership in the world, and that led to insecurity and conflict, so I take comfort from America's position of power."
