How Corporations Use Intelligence to Mitigate Risk and Reduce Uncertainty

RSVP Required Harvard Faculty, Fellows, Staff, and Students

The private sector frequently operates in uncertain and dynamic risk environments. While risk reduction is important, intelligence and strategic business decisions also play a large role. On April 16, join the Intelligence Project for a seminar with Sam Talbott, who will bring clarity to these uncertain operating environments and insight into the pursuit of smart upside risks. Sam currently leads John Deere's Center for Global Intelligence, supporting Deere and its subsidiary operations worldwide. Sam will examine the role that the intelligence function plays in supporting and facilitating business decision-making, in additional to the traditional intelligence-security nexus. This seminar will be moderated by the Intelligence Project and held under Chatham House rules. The seminar will be in person only, with light refreshments provided, and will be open to the first 60 registrants with a Harvard ID.
