Assaf Moghadam, a widely published terrorism analyst who is currently a fellow at the Olin Institute for Strategic Studies at Harvard will be the guest discussion leader. Assaf was previously an International Security Program research fellow and has recently successfully defended his dissertation at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, "The Globalization of Martyrdom," in which he argues that a new, globalized pattern of suicide attacks has emerged in recent years.
