Marcial Suarez will lead the discussion, and the topic will be terrorism as seen from a Latin American perspective, including questions such as: What is the nature of the terrorist threat in Latin America, including in trouble regions such as the Tri-border area of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay? How concerned should Americans be about terrorism in Latin America? Are there dangers arising from the increasingly close alliance between Venezuela and Iran?
