Dr. Yvan Lledo-Ferrer, Belfer Center Recanati-Kaplan Fellow, will speak on the US-French security relationship.

Lledo-Ferrer earned a Ph.D. cum laude and a European Doctor Award in sociobiology, working in cooperation with the Leibniz Institute fuer Primatenforschung (Germany) and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). His research received the Extraordinary Ph.D. Award of the Universidad Autónoma for the best dissertation. Since graduation he has worked for the French government as an analyst and specialized in the AfPak region. In 2015, he served at the French Embassy in Kabul.
