A Closer Look At Telecom Deregulation: The European Advantage
Over the past decade, the US and the European Union (the "EU") have liberalized their telecommunication markets. At the same time, the telecommunication sectors on both sides of the Atlantic have experienced rapid growth and diversification. Undoubtedly, liberalization have unleashed vast new markets and permitted a whole array of fresh opportunities.
