Ben Polsky

Ben Polsky is a technology and policy practitioner focused on AI governance, digital infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. He directs AI and technology programs at Alliance of Local Leaders International (ALLIES), where he builds global knowledge networks and practical policy tools for local governments navigating emerging technologies. He also leads partnerships for Vivacity Infrastructure Group, advancing digital infrastructure projects across North America. Previously, Ben helped lead development of the State of California’s statewide open-access broadband network and held roles at Meta Connectivity, CENTRA Digital, and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
