Filippo Gualtiero Blancato is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Technology and Geopolitics at the Belfer Centre for Science and International Affairs. Filippo’s research explores the political, economic, and cybersecurity implications of digital technologies.
His research has been published in Policy and the Internet, International Affairs, Communications of the ACM, and the Journal of European Public Policy.
Filippo holds a PhD in cybersecurity and technology policy from University College London (UCL). Prior to this, Filippo did brief stints in the European Commission (Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology), Microsoft, and two European think tanks.
