Helene Jow

Helene Jow is the Operations and Administration Manager at the Belfer Center. She oversees events, engagement, development, and student relations, including management of the Belfer Young Leaders program. Previously, she served as a Program Assistant at USAID, implementing foreign aid and health programming in sub-Saharan Africa, and as a Program Associate with the Center for International Private Enterprise on the Asia-Pacific team, promoting accountability and transparency in the private sector. Helene earned her dual B.A. in International Studies and French from Washington University in St. Louis and her M.A. in International Development from Sciences Po Paris.
