Peter Reid

Peter Reid is a Research Assistant for the Middle East Initiative after graduating with a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School in 2024. Peter’s interests lie at the intersection of the rising influence of middle powers, the climate transition, and increasing global prosperity and poverty reduction. Peter previously worked for the UK’s Department for International Development and Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office on international trade and economic development policy, including creating the UK’s trade preference scheme for 70 developing countries.
