Biography

Lieutenant Colonel Brandon D. Wengert is a Force Support Officer in the United States Air Force and recently served as the Director-Forward of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at United States Air Forces Central.  In this position he was responsible for human resources management of 28,000 personnel and delivered $46 million in morale, welfare, and recreation activities across the 20-nation area of responsibility in Southwest Asia.

Brandon received his commission in 2002 from the Air Force Officer Training School. He has served in various squadron and staff positions to include flight commander, operations officer, deputy squadron commander, squadron commander, director of joint personnel, and executive officer. He has completed 5 short tour assignments and deployed over 1400 days in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and the Resolute Support Mission.     

Lieutenant Colonel Wengert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership from Chapman University and a Master of Military Art and Science from the Army Command and General Staff College.
