Caitlin Talmadge

Dr. Caitlin Talmadge is Associate Professor in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and a core faculty member of the Security Studies Program at Georgetown University. She is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Non-Resident Senior Fellow in Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution, and a Research Affiliate in the Security Studies Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has held fellowships from Harvard University's Olin Institute for Strategic Studies, and graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Government.
