Biography

Lieutenant Colonel David L. Brewer is an Army Reserve Engineer Officer with over 22 years of military experience. He enlisted into the Missouri National Guard in October 2000 and later participated in the Washington University Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Program in St. Louis, MO. His most recent assignment was as the Battalion Commander for 13th Battalion, Army Reserve Careers Group in Aurora, CO. Previously, he served as an Army Legislative Fellow and completed a follow-on assignment in the Pentagon with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). In addition, he completed deployments to the Middle East and South America.

Lieutenant Colonel Brewer holds multiple degrees, including a Masters in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University, Masters in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University, and Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He also maintains a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Lieutenant Colonel Brewer is a graduate of Airborne School, Engineer Officer Basic Course, Engineer Captain’s Career Course, and Command and General Staff College.
