David Nusbaum

David Nusbaum is a leading expert in nuclear engineering and international science diplomacy, with over 30 years of experience in senior roles at the Israel Atomic Energy Commission, focusing on non-proliferation and technological advancements. He has served as Israel's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the IAEA and CTBTO PrepCom and was an MTA/ISP research fellow from 2011 to 2014 at the Belfer Center.

He currently contributes as a Senior Advisor for Science Diplomacy at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis. His work bridges science and policy to address global challenges in nuclear security, energy, and climate change.
