Kate Davidson
Kate Davidson is a Research Assistant at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, where she focuses on Russia, Eastern Europe, and the Russia-Ukraine War.
Prior to joining the Belfer Center, Kate graduated from Stanford University with a Master of Arts in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies, and worked as a graduate research assistant at the Stanford Internet Observatory. Her capstone analyzed Russian and Belarusian media coverage of the 2020 Belarusian pro-democracy protests. Kate graduated from Bowdoin College with majors in Government and Legal Studies, and Russian, winning the Prize for Excellence in Russian Language & Literature. Her honors thesis examined the United States’ and United Kingdom’s responses to 2016 election interference by Russia.
