Christopher R. Knittel will visit HKS to discuss the role carbon taxes could play in future federal climate policy. Professor Knittel teaches Applied Economics at MIT, where he also serves as Director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research and Co-Director of the Electric Power Systems Low Carbon Energy Center.
