Join us for a timely conversation marking the release of the Civil Commission's report on sexual and gender-based violence perpetrated on October 7 and in captivity. Featuring Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy, founder of Israel's Civil Commission on October 7th Crimes Against Women and Children, the program will present the report and examine its central findings.

Following more than two years of documentation, legal analysis, and survivor-centered investigation, the Commission's report presents an evidentiary, legal, and historical record of sexual and gender-based violence. The discussion will address the systematic deployment of sexual violence as a weapon of war, prolonged sexual and psychological abuse, the enduring impact on victims and their families, and the implications for international law and pathways to accountability.
