About the US-Russia Initiative to Prevent Nuclear Terrorism

From 2009, the US-Russia Initiative to Prevent Nuclear Terrorism encouraged U.S.-Russian cooperation to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons and stop acts of nuclear terrorism.
