Aditya Bhayana

Aditya Bhayana is a Climate Fellow at the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), where he advances research and training initiatives that equip negotiators and universities to drive collective climate action. He coaches young diplomats preparing for UN climate talks, with a focus on empowering voices from the most vulnerable communities. He holds a Master in Public Administration from HKS.

Previously, Aditya worked at the intersection of climate policy, negotiation, and global development. He served as a negotiator for India at the G20, shaping international agreements on just energy transitions and sustainable lifestyles. Prior to that, he worked with governments and philanthropies across Africa and South Asia on climate resilience, urban planning, and impact finance.
