Anders Christoffer Edstrøm is a Visiting Researcher with the Belfer Center's Arctic Initiative and a PhD Candidate with the High North Center for Business and Governance at Nord University Business School in Norway. Edstrøm holds a Master of Science in Energy Management from Nord University Business School and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). While pursuing his Master's degree, he spent time at School of Advanced International and Area Studies of the East China Normal University (ECNU) in Shanghai, China. His PhD work is part of the research project “China in the Arctic, External Influence on Arctic Governance Mechanisms” (ArcGov), and covers questions connected to Chinese economic investments in the Arctic.
