Sydney Tucker is the Special Projects Coordinator and Research Assistant for the Evolving International Order efforts at the Belfer Center. Previously, Sydney was a Research Associate with the East Asia program at the Stimson Center, where she focused on China-Myanmar relations, China’s conflict mediation diplomacy and broader Chinese foreign policy. Before joining Stimson, she interned at the Hudson Institute, analyzing emerging concerns in the Chinese financial system. Sydney holds an MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Mississippi.
