Ethan Kessler

Ethan Kessler is a first-year master in public policy student concentrating in international and global affairs. He was a research associate for U.S. foreign policy at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs from July 2021 to August 2023, where he researched Taiwan’s defense policy, U.S. security assistance, and sanctions. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in political science and history in 2020.
