Synthesis of Comments Received on 'Policy Options for Reducing Oil Consumption and Greenhouse-Gas Emissions from the U.S. Transportation Sector'
ETIP's Innovation in Transportationproject published a discussion paper in July 2007 on policy options for reducing oil consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from the U.S. transportation sector. Dozens of comments on the paper were solicited and received from representatives from government, non-profit organizations, the private sector, including from automobile firms and fuels providers, labor unions, and others, and they are published in this paper. A list of the affiliations of those who submitted comments is provided at the end of the document.
This paper is one product of ETIP's Innovation in Transportation project.
