Alexandra Middleton

Alexandra Middleton is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Oulu Business School, University of Oulu. She holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu and specializes in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and Arctic business development. Her research focuses on climate change accountability, sustainable development, human capital, and innovation in the Arctic. Middleton is a Fulbright Arctic Initiative Scholar (2024–2026), Finland’s Citizen Science Ambassador in the European Citizen Science Project, and an Affiliate at the Murray MIT Lab for Deep Tech and Geopolitics.
