Associate Director, Evolving International Order, Belfer Center

Maureen Page is the Associate Director for the Evolving International Order at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center. In this role, she directs research on the adversarial alignment among China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran; Europe and the Transatlantic relationship; and “Middle Power” countries navigating between the United States and China. Previously, Maureen served in a variety of senior analytic positions over the course of 22 years at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). These positions include the DIA Research Director, the Senior Defense Intelligence Analyst for U.S. European Command, and the Senior Defense Intelligence Analyst for Executive Production. She also served at the White House Situation Room and the National Intelligence Council. Maureen received her undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a Master’s of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
